Atton Properties Limited was established in January 2023 by Matthew Atton.

Matthew is a qualified Chartered Surveyor of over 20 years, working for both regional and national property firms before joining a Scottish based family conglomerate to run its UK property business.

In the roles of commercial surveyor, Director and Managing Director, Matthew oversaw the transformation of the business from its traditional housing and land holdings in Scotland to a well established and respected standalone property company. Activities included a UK wide commercial property portfolio, prime residential development activity in the key cities of Scotland and latterly, Industrial development across the central belt of Scotland.

Matthew has also completed residential developments near to his home in East Lothian, as well as progressing residential development in his home county of Leicestershire.

In setting up Atton Properties, Matthew is looking to focus on growing his portfolio of residential and commercial property development interests, whilst also providing expert and professional property services within the residential and commercial sectors.
